Diabetic eating rules

Then on the third mouthful of every meal, you have to run round the table, waving your hands in the air. Then you must continue the meal hopping.

This is true...

Oh I'll be alright then - I do that at every meal.... :D

I looked at this earlier in the day and then had to go out and buy a new keyboard. It didn't like the tea I sprayed all over it. Cracked a rib from laughing so hard too... Not.

That list is unbelievably ridiculous, thank heavens none of it is actively harmful.

diabetes mellitus Type 2 was once called juvenile diabetes because it was found to be prevalent in children and adolescents predominantly

i have not been diabetic long, but i was horrified when i read this. does this person live in the dark ages

i bet wont be good for italian we eat and talk and we look like if we are arguing this is what english friends tell me
