Hi all I'm after getting some compressed socks as I am on my feet for 10hrs a day everyday non stop lately and have noticed my feet feel warm and tingly on a night it's only just come on since I've been doing extra hours at work. K have lympnadema in 1 ankle also. So after some comfy decent socks / compression socks , does anyone have any advice or recommendations for me ? Thank you in advance xx

Could it be mild neuropathy? Or a circulation issue? If it was me, I’d be checking with my nurse first and see what they say. If you do need compression garments, then they could recommend some. But mainly I think it’s important to just get some medical input first @Emma19834

Hi Emma, I’d echo what Inka has suggested.

Worth getting it checked out with your GP just to be in the safe side.

Your GP might also be able to measure you up for compression socks as the proper ones need sizing to make sure they’re not causing more harm than good.

Suffering from PAD and having had a BKA I cannot stress enough the importance of having medical input. PAD is more common in diabetics and smokers/ex-smokers. There is a level of PAD measured as ABPI where compression stockings are contra indicated.
