Diabetic brain fog

A mist that clouds the brain

When sugar low is on the go

Oh..... here we go again

I don't think I can think straight

My head is on a curve

Thought patterns were straight on it

Now I find I'm on a swerve

Now what was I just saying

I'm thinking with a frown

Diabetes on a poor see saw

Words swirling all around

Keep the levels balanced

Alleviate that fear

Of forgetting what you're saying

Or it’s ...umm, I've absolutely.... NO IDEA
