Do you love cooking and baking? Have you got a favourite meal or recipe you always cook for your family? Enter it into our new competition and you could win an overnight stay for two with dinner and breakfast in a fantastic country hotel.

Lets see, white rice, maple syrup, full fat channel islands milk - lets suggest a nice rice pudding recipe :D
 
That was last nights tea - pancakes with suagr treackle and whipped cream tonight ooh and some strawberries for my 1 a day.
 
I was thinking of putting in my chocolate banana bread recipe, only about 90g of carb a slice, with all that oozing Nutella goodness 😛
 
i know it not a recipe but my sister is over from canada and wanted a choclate fudge cake - as u cant get them there for some reason - so i said we would get bone from M and S as one i had pre dx was wonderful - 1/6th of cake is recommended portion at 1100 calories - which of course needs a good lashing of double cream lol
 
Fish with extra Fish ! Smoked Salmon, Mussels, Prawns , Seafood with seafood :D. I WOUD NOT THANK YOU for sticky toffee c**p cake 😉
