Just found myself having the same meal 2 days in a row cos its already carb counted from yesterday.
What diabetes things do you find yourself doing?

Having the same lunch almost every day because, like you @Tdm, I know the carb and cal content. Plus it's easy to prepare 😉

Having scrambled eggs for breakfast on the days when I haven’t got time to pre-bolus, and overnight oats or muesli on the other days when I can wait 40 mins before eating.

I try to make myself walk past my favourite bakery without leaving drool marks on the windows :(

Reminds me about this old blog post about constantly waiting for 30 minutes before this or that…

Ah, we have the same four meals during the week Very boring, but makes menu planning so much easier.

Yes...the diabetic waiting...waiting for a prebolus to kick into work, waiting for quick acting carbs to kick in when low...waiting in the middle of a walk for levels to go up before continuing (and like its about to rain)

I get confused when I eat with people and they stand up and leave the table without having bolused for their food. Then I remember. This happens when I watch people eating in films/TV too

I can’t watch people eating a meal on TV or TV cookery shows without subconsciously starting to tot up the carbs! It’s quite disturbing as my brain kicks in to count them even if I’m thinking about how delicious it looks or the plot of the TV show or whatever
