Relationship to Diabetes

Hello all I have T1 diabetes and I am a student doing an MA Library in Information Mangement programme at Thames Valley University London. I am looking at information diabetics receieve once have been diagnosed. Could you spare a few minutes to answer some questions.

For information: the questionnaire is 12 questions requiring written answers rather than multiple choice. There's not much in the way of instruction and I think the first question is repeated twice at the beginning. It took me about 10 minutes to complete.

Worth doing if you can spare a few minutes folks, always worth helping people trying to improve our lot! 🙂

Done, though I don't know that the questions were all that well framed, I'm not sure how much measureable data you are going to be able to get from them. I had the same problem at the beginning with the first question showing twice and had to press the 'submit' button three times at the end.

probably nothing useful, as only 12 years ago they seemed clueless.........😉
 
Conversely NRB, 39 years ago we got lots of info, cutting edge. At the time!

this was not very well put to be honest think somethinghs wrong with the site as had to press submit button more than once on some of questions
