I have recently been bold enough to try small amounts of grains. The result so far is Tabbulah (bulger) tends to raise my BG so I only have a tiny spoonful. Simply because I like it. Now, Quinoa, and chick peas and porridge oats do not cause any problem however much I eat. Go figure...

No wonder there is no one fits all diet.
 
We are constantly learning from cradle to the grave, living with diabetes is no different.

Think we all realise at some point that there's no one diet that suits all @Sharron1
