Self-evident, of course, but I have recently read that, on average, a patient receives 3 hours of professional care, and 8000 hours of self-care. This is why patients need to be given the tools and education to do their (substantial!) part well!
 
How long over do we receive this care Alan?

As the 8,000 hours = 333 days, I will assume it's every year ......

On the basis I've never had a single day off so far in 40 years .....
