Any recommendations for any good diabetes friendly recipes books which are also low carb?

One I was recommended from here was the GL diet for Dummies and I have really altered my way of eating since reading it and it also gives some good recipes.

You could always use recipes from the Atkins diet. The beef stew is lovely.

A great book I found at a book fair was The Complete Diabetes Handbook. It's more of a diabetic instruction manual than a cookbook. But it has some great recipes that are about 15g carbs and very tasty. We've been following the recommendations and it's working for us. Maybe try Amazon if you're interested. (Oh, this is an American book.)

I like Real Meal Revolution Jonno Proudfoot, The Sugar Free Family Cookbook Sarah Flower, Superfoods for super children.
