this is a really good website (of what i have read so far... not completed it!).

its all about diabetes and then goes on to help you carb count. you do need to register but it is completly free.

I did sign up but didn't complete it, but i pretty much knew how to carb count before i signed up.
think it's a good site especially for those who can't get on DAFNE/similar course
