Wow! Fantastic news @NotWorriedAtAll I would be VERY happy to be your first customer. Looks fab! I assume this will work in a bread maker?

Just out of curiosity..... do you crave carbs after eating it.... like.... can you stop at 2 slices and not just have to eat the whole loaf? Does it freeze OK?
Gosh I am so excited!! Please let me be on the customer list.... please!!

@NotWorriedAtAll Your bread looks amazing, can you share the exact recipe please? I do have a bread maker but not used it for years so it might used at last
If you pop along to my Naughty Diabetic page on Facebook - I think I have the recipe for this loaf somewhere - if you can't find it then message me on here or via my Facebook and i will pass this recipe on to you. It is basically Diedre's Bread (you can Google it) but I have tweaked it for a better mouthfeel and UK bread taste - US bread is very sweet.

Yes - bread maker recipe - no I don't crave carbs after eating it - it is very satisfying because of the fibre content and if you have it as a sandwich with a good filling (I had tuna cheese melt last night) you really feel like you've eaten something and that was with very thin slices - I love very thinly sliced brown bread and this recipe is better than the others in that it allows for nice thin slices.

Perfect for cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches or dainty ham and watercress! Sorry I'm getting carried away now! LOLS

I always loved going to our step-grandma's for tea when I was little, because she sliced bread so very very thin, unlike her step-daughter in law!

Please keep on....I am salivating.... but don't leave me in suspense.... please say you will put me on your mailing list.... I can PM you my address.... not that I am being pushy or anything.... just really keen to be a customer. How will you set up payment? Paypal? Is a bulk purchase going to be possible to reduce P&P? ie will the mix keep?

I'm off to make another loaf - same new recipe but with a bit of tweaking to see if I can get an even better flavour.

@NotWorriedAtAll Please put me on your list for buying your bread maker packet mix. Did you see the article about the girl in Watlington Oxfordshire who became so successful with her own recipes for breads? I’m sure her story would fascinate you. She now has a bread shop in the town, I have been past and there’s always a queue outside

I don't tolerate bread very well so I'm well up for this! Didn't know genuinely low carb bread was possible
