My partner was diagnosed with grade 3 cancer 6 months ago and had now has an ileostomy. I was concerned about the amount of carbs he has to eat and asked him to check with his GP this morning in case he has Diabetes. The doctor said his blood test was normal last October and there is no way he could have diabetes so soon!
Has anyone else been diagnosed with Diabetes after such a short time?
Hopefully he will have a reversal soon and can get back to normal eating.
Any help or advise would be appreciated. Thank you.
