Had an email yesterday to tell me my subscription 3 month supply was on it's way. Was more than surprised as I knew it had run out and am waiting to see if I can have funding again. (Should know next week)
So I rang Dexcom and explained it had been sent in error..................... Their reply was it's our error so they are yours to keep, please don't send them back as we have to destroy anything that come back. I'm staggered to say the least. That's a very expensive error 😱 Gentleman I spoke to was lovely and even thanked me for my honesty.
Hopefully I will be lucky with the funding again, if not I will have to set up a direct debit to cover the years supply.
