Thanks so much for that additional info. I really appreciate it and it helps to know some of the background to your decision.
I have seen that introductory kit and thought it looked doable. I am having problems accessing the Dexcom UK website as I get stuck with the Privacy conditions page and can't seem to get past it. I will try ringing them as I can access the phone number.

Rebrascora if you can stretch to do it its worth it trust me, forgot to mention the reports for DBN a really good and you both can plan your treatment, oh by the way you must be brave, horses scare me to death loll, the weather is great today in Durham i know im here.

What is DBN? Diabetic Nurse? Do your Health Care Professionals support your decision to use Dexcom? Mine have been quite resistant to me finger prick testing more than 4 times a day... which of course tells you very little and doesn't help at all when you have had a spate of hypos and lost your confidence.

Horses are probably less scary than bees which is my other hobby....and both are less scary than Diabetes!

PS. I'm Barbara and yes a glorious day in County Durham today, although I suspect we have that in common with the majority of the country!

Really appreciate your posts about this and I totally agree that even with my limited income, health has to come top of the list, so spending on something that helps to keep me safe has to be worth considering.
