Am being very dense here but does your blood sugar rise through the night? I thought it was at it's lowest between 2 and 3am? And how long does the dawn phenomeunum thingy last?

The reason I ask is cause my mother in law has been told by her diabetic clinic that your sugars always rise in the night so am very bloody confused as mine drop and only ever rise if i've had a rough night of pain![]()
do you take some kind of long acting insulin like lantus? because that would help you levels to drop
I must admit it doesn't matter what I ear or what time I always wake up lower then I go to bed with
