Hello humans
I was on the beach the other day and i thought it was clever to get my body burnt by the intense rays of the sun🙂It hurt but i was to late putting on the lotion...I swear this would'nt of happened if i did'nt lose the weight i have.Anyway the chemist diagnosed dehydration and gave me dyralite of which is packed with glucose and sodium...I new this and took three sachets and feel better by the way...Anyway again does anyone know of a drink that i can have thats more sustainable than water as im getting older it does'nt stay in me as long as it should..i have drank about 6 pints of water a day all my life....i was diagnosed with diabetes about 2 months ago and on no medication...honeymoon period as the nurse says[so encouraging]
thanks in advance

I have been in the back of one of those white vans with blue flashing lights due to "Dehydration". Nothing to do with sun ! (happened when i was young) At work i must drink "Tea" for england. Fridge has always got " Diet Tonic water" with hint of lemon. 🙂

I like Tescos Fiery Ginger Beer, as a change from water .
