Apparently, liquorice root is really good for healing stomach ulcers and lowering/stabilising blood sugars naturally.

Deglycyrrhised liquorice extract is a condensed format which has been processed for safer consumption.

I haven't tried it before, but it looks like a good product. Hopefully, it's beneficial for me to take.
🙂

never heard of it. If it worked you'd have thought someone might have mentioned it sometime in the last 20 years wouldn't you?

Can you post a link to the clinical trials for it?

My, what an adversarial reply.
Lots of people are talking about it.
Why not at least try Googling it before posting this kind of response?

Here's an article about it.

I'm not take any medication that might interfere with this, but ymmv so it's best to check before taking it.

I’ve never heard if it either and I am sure we would have if it did have any health benefits re diabetes.

Please be careful as their are many conmen out there only too willing to part us from our hard earned dosh and to be honest I think this is one of them .

Brings back memories, always remember getting a liquorice root from a local health food shop. I could chew on it for hours. Really tasty. It's one the sweetest things nature makes.

I'm also a fan of herbal teas and liquorice tea is delicious. The bags do come with warnings on max consumption and health warnings for those with high blood pressure and pregnant etc.

I have some of the Pukka peppermint and liquorice tea just now and it's very pleasant.
🙂 Their three liquorices tea is rather nice too, imo.
