hi, I've looked about but can't see a thread but I'm sure there is one!
I've cut sugar from my tea and coffee but really don't like coffee without it,
are there any decent sugar alternatives without the sweet chemical taste that
they used to have?
Cheers.

If you can find it I've found Silver spoon granulated sweetener tastes just like sugar, I get mine from Sainsbury, the next best thing IMO is Splenda

Cheers, will give the silver spoon a try, tea's fine without but I do like a sugar in coffee, honey's good too but I guess that's out?? Damn diabeties, why do you hate me so? 🙂

Yup I'm sorry to say honey is out. I used to love it on bread or toast.

Sorry but I'll stick to my usual ones

Some people like synthetic sweetner personally I go 'Au Naturale'
I have to be very careful with fruit of any kind , so prefer not to risk it.
