Well tomorrow is my decadiaversary, 10 years with T1 Diabetes.
We are planning to celebrate with a meal out with friends and a bottle of prosecco.

- Excellent support from Family, friends, a good Diabetes specialist team,
and especially this forum.
- No emergency admissions due to Diabetes
- HbA1c on target
- Strategies in place and working to deal with associated depression

A happy and proud person with T1 looking forward to tomorrow’s celebrations.

Congratulations @SB2015!

Well worth celebrating your achievements.

Gosh! - but if you needed an excuse to enjoy yourself it's as good as any I spose! LOL

Me too. In July. No plans as yet!🙄

Sounds like a DecadentDiaversary, SB...hope it was fun!😛

Happy diaversary. Hope you enjoy your days celebrations.

Congratulations, you are doing so well. I do hope you have a wonderful celebration today, you deserve it.

Dear Alan

Who wasn't listening when me, Sue, Hobie etc told everyone not to hold their breaths waiting for the cure?

Thanks all. We did indeed have a lovely lunch at a posh restaurant, and I kept my levels in check with my reasonable guess at carbs. The chocolate mouse with carnaberry and apple sauce was well worth the 40 g of extra CHO. I reckoned some of that would soak up the prosecco.

I was also given a tin of biscuits as tenth anniversary is tin.

A good day.

Congratulations 🙂
