Hey,

So just started back at uni for my second year!
We're a fifteen minute walk from campus. Had one lecture half hour across this morning, porridge for brekkie with some agave and then after lunch levels were 5.6!!! That was sweet pot, peppers, chicken, carrot in sauce for lunch AND an alpro soya choccie yoghurt!
Then after another lecture and a choccie and pack of crisps I came home to a 4.8 which lasted quite some time coming down as didn't eat til about hour later...though I was being a bit funny 😛

Quite surprised with these levels, I'd ran a little high the days previously mind you haven't been eating well yet. Also getting up early seems to avoid the whole DP thing. Yesterday I arose at 11:45 :O I was so shocked!

🙂

I hope the good levels continue and that you enjoy uni and do well.

Great news about your levels 🙂 One less thing to worry about, and can concentrate on your uni work more instead 🙂 good luck with your course!

Great to see this Liz very pleased for you x
