Good Morning,

Day of rest from the exercises for me. Just had my breakfast
Four slices of rye bread with crunchy peanut butter and some peshwari naan bread; and a lovely cup of tea with soya milk. With regards to yesterday, the 2 minute oats in a pot didn't really do it for me... I have noticed that it is not the same as making it yourself. I will have those as snacks from now one....not ideal for breakfast methinks.....

Enjoy your day of rest.

The two minutes oats are good depending on what you are doing. I am up and out early in the week and as I only have to add hot water they are ideal for me. I throw in a handfull of fruit to bulk it out a bit and instead of adding lots of sugar to it. We do things to suit our own needs.

Am I missing something here? Oats into bowl, add water/milk/raisins, microwave for 1.5 mins. Why buy it in a plastic pot?
Ah! It must be the washing up!
