Those are the kinds of things that are quoted as benefits of dark chocolate. The evidence of actual benefits of eating dark chocolate are rather harder to find. The things quoted tend to be in low quantities.It's generally recommended because it's a source of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds, especially flavonoid compounds, and minerals. 70% cocoa or higher is considered to be best option.
I suggest eating a little dark chocolate now and again if you enjoy doing so, but not to expect too much in health benefits other than enjoying it.
