Good Morning,

Hope you are putting up the good fight. At work over the weekend, a story I heard makes me question the effectiveness of high blood pressure meds. A colleague is on 4 types Amlodipine, Ramprimil and two others YET his readings can get to 180/200 he told me. He gets anxious when not working or keeping active. My question is with all of them working surely it shouldn't get so high? Same adage Allopathic medicines treat SYMPTOMS NOT CAUSES...ONWARDS AND UPWARDS

Erm...180/200 would mean his blood is circulating backwards. Typo?:D

Nope I should have explained in the region of 180 to 200 so way over the 120 - 140 range

Might be they need another chat with their doctor? Could be many factors in this but imagine how high it might be without the meds?

Yoiks, thats a high reading. He needs a med review, they're dangerous levels.
