For those of you who struggle with curry, does that also apply when you make your own and therefore control the carb/fat content? Do the spices do something weird?

The struggle with curry is probably more to do with the rice and naan bread that accompany it, rather than the sauce. Get rid of the naan and swap the grain rice for cauliflower rice and you'll probably find it a very easy meal to handle.

Yes I think some people really don't work well with spices specially if digestion or stomach issues are there.

I've not had a curry since being on SW plan but something I'm thinking of for next weeks menu plan me thinks specially in this weather!

Lots of curry recipes on the SW site. There's also a brilliant Vegetable Tagine recipe which I adapted a bit by adding chilli flakes and lamb. I bought the Little Book of Sauces book at Group, lots more in there.

lovely will have a look thanks hun. Not been on the site much at all but need to get to grips with a few things!
