So - Been thinking of this for a while now!
Suppose there was a cure for diabetes created, almost perfect, but it had a side effect.
would you take the cure if the side effect was:
1 - an immediate 2 stone weight gain? 5 stone? 10??
2 - hands like edward scissorhands?
3 - severe, incurable acne?
4 - severe, incurable BO?
5 - your nose being 2 inches longer? 5 inches?
6 - 1 month of severe sickness, diarrhoea, and aches? 6 months?
7 - hair that always looked like:

8 - a broken leg?
9 - a 1 in 10,000 chance of death? 1 in 100?
10- no side effect - but a ?5,000 price tag (no NHS or health insurance help)
