So how might lumbar stenosis affect either your Vit D level or your gastric system?

Another member of the Creon club. I have been taking it for nearly 20 years both pre-op, and pre diabetes. Then i had major pancreatic surgery and had most of my pancreas removed due to Chronic pancreatitis. Then became a diabetic type 3c. We used to have 40,000 capsules back then which meant fewer capsules to take. Then they discontinued those so everyone went on to 25,000 and double the amount of capsules to take. Like all fellow users of Creon have explained its trial and error. You basically say what your dose is as with your insulin. It is personal to you and no one else. I think like others have said up your dose see what happens. Just a thought keep a food diary and record creon dose, insulin dose, what you ate and how you felt.

Hi it is great to have so many replies , I am still not coping over well with Creon I seem to have more bad stomachs with Creon than I had before. I started taking it . The problem is getting to see a doctor at the moment just to talk through some issues Perhaps my diabetic nurse will be helpful
