Nice to have you back, Martin! There are now a few more members of your (still) fairly exclusive group - and personally I'd like to thank all of you for enlightening me about the condition, cos I was utterly clueless about it to begin with - though it makes complete sense once it's been explained properly.

(Pleased I don't personally have to rely on porcine insulin these days but of course, that's purely from a selfish viewpoint)
