Yes, they’re fine, you’d have to eat a whole bottle to trouble your BG.

Best of luck, and let us know how you get on. There’s a lot of interest in cranberry for UTIs. A lot of women swear by it, some doctors don’t. What do they know, anyway. It’s only the male doctors who say that. I’ve long since learned not to contradict women.:D
 
I have used cranberry capsules before many years ago and they worked well. Just obviously wasn't sure if or how they affected BS. Thanks Mike.
 
There are certain medications such as warfrin that you can't take cranberry's in any shape or form. But in my field of work, we do encourage those that are able to drink cranberry juice, not sure if it's effective but won't do any harm in juice form, one of the 5 a day :

My twin sister who suffered UTI's majorly, used to swear by a pint of warm water first thing in the morning to flush the bladder out.
