I suffer terribly. When i do drink a pint of weak vimto with 1/4 teaspoon pink himylayan salt. 1/4 teaspoon of tartar. Plus my trusty wheatbags done in microwave and wrapped around wherever the cramp is.

That's something different to try, I've been drinking Tonic water (without the gin ) and it seems to help a bit. Thanks!

They always said that because it was the quinine that helped. I believe tonic water was developed for hot countries to help with cramp when people got dehydrated. Whether there is enough quinine these day to make a difference I don't know.
