I used to love cream crackers with a bit of cheese. I've been investigating other savoury biscuits, and can have a couple of Nairn's cheese oatcakes, or two Dr Karg's pumpkin seeds protein thins without spiking my BG.
Has anyone discovered any other lower carb crackers please?
TIA, Sarah

We tried the equivalent of the Karg crackers, I think they do an Emmantal one as well, Aldi's own and they were like sawdust.
When making a judgement on carbs the size of the cracker is a consideration. Cheddars and poppy seed crackers are not many carbs each but they are only small.
Ryvita thins are not bad, being so thin they are often in kit form.

I make some at home from low carb ingredients - they burn very easily, but are delicious fresh from the oven - a search for low carb crackers should turn up a recipe.

you can make low carb crackers at home instead of opting for outside options. use almond flour and cheese, just to make simplest crackers at home, or there are other recipes you can search on the web

Don't be deceived, I just bought some beetroot and seed crackers from ASDA, the picture on the box of the cracker is bigger than the cracker itself. They are nice though.

I bought a multipack of Atkins crackers from Amazon a while back. Worked out about twice the price of Ryvita.
Flavour fairly bland but with a crunchy texture.
A little smaller and thinner than Ryvita but only 1.8g carbs each cracker so two of those with butter and a slice of your favorite cheese and Marmite makes a decent snack. (we all love Marmite don't we)
