Hi Guys, Hope you are all well. I think I have cracked the 2 hr after breakfast without having to resort to more medication or an additional injection.

Porridge - 4.7 - 6.8 2 hrs after
25g protein with 180 ml skimmed milk 6 - 6.8 2 hrs after
1 Boiled or Poached egg on 1 slice of granary toast 5.7 - 6.2

So glad I have changed my morning cereals to above, didn't fancy a 3rd injection every day !!
 
well done Di!! You must feel happy to have something sorted out 🙂 always worthwhile when you finally get that breakthrough!

I'm trying to resist the bacon - gonna have a Boxing day treat of a fry up

Sausage, bacon, black pudding, eggs and beans - Toast mmm mmm mmm
