Are type 1 diabetics prioritised for Covid boosters?

As someone with Type 1, I received the covid booster last autumn with my flu jab but was not included in the Spring covid booster program.
I am not aware of any “prioritisation”.

Thanks @helli Ah same for me. I was wondering if I had missed out on the Spring booster. I’m also a carer for a 90 yr old so had expected to be included. Seeing as I’ve just had Covid it’s probably not a priority for me

The spring booster was extremely limited in its rollout for some reason.
I had my booster back in May. The eligible groups at the time were:
  • adults aged 75 years and over at 30 June 2024
  • people in care homes for older adults
  • individuals aged six months and over who are immunosuppressed

I'm going to be controversial here but I really do believe the COVID vaccine was what triggered my Diabetes - specifically the Pfizer one - I contracted 2 auto-immune conditions (Psoriasis and Diabetes) very shortly after my 1st dose of it so am very sceptical of having any more boosters (Not a medical opinion - just my own - we are all different)

It must depend as I had a spring booster and I'm not 75, I might feel 75 sometimes.
