The mask doesn't really do either as I mentioned to Mikey above but to be honest for the sake of my own sanity I should probably bow out of further discussion on it until the ban is removed. People will make their own minds up once these things are no longer mandatory.My (layman's) understanding is that the mask provides a little protection to me and more protection to others.
I'm hoping for a nice symbolic bonfire night on the 21st June - even if that only affects England. I have a horrible suspicion Boris will bottle it when decision time comes but we'll see.
When the ban is removed in Scotland, I intend to celebrate by running down the street wearing nothing but a mask as a thong. Then I will have a mask bonfire. My neighbours have been prior-warned. Strangely, 4 of them said they'd join in with me!!! 🙂
