Couscous ?

Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Should couscous be avoided or is it OK to have a small portion with a meal ?
Atorvastatin 10mg,
Gliclazide 40mg,
Metformin 750mg twice a day
Lercanidipine 10mg, Perindopril 4mg for BP
HbA1c January 2017 was 53 and BP 128/81

As I've learnt from everyone on here I will tell you what they told me haha, it might be ok for you, it might not be, only testing will tell if it works for you x
 
I have it with Morracan Lamb dish I do but i measure the portion out, and i am ok with it. I only have it once a week at most.
Must add it is one of the few things i do measure excatly. I can cook but despite having had a Nana who was professional cook well past Retirement age, i don't particularly enjoy.
 
I have it with med veg like grovesy once a week on average its ok for me
 
It's fine for me, but like all rice type stuff, have to watch portion size.
