I’ve come across these great resources for people with diabetes today, developed by clinical psychologist Dr Rose Stewart in association with other HCPs and Diabetes UK.

Topics cover tips for self isolation with diabetes, suggestions for reducing worry, and hints to improve sleep, which can often be impaired during times of stress.

There are links to downloadable PDFs including printable versions.

Hope they are helpful

A useful set of resources. Thanks Mike

My rule for life is don’t worry about anything you can’t change. And I have no problem sleeping. If I’m horizontal, I sleep. I once slept through a lumbar puncture.

I did too, when I was a kid. Tho there was probably some drug assistance involved, I guess.
