Contacting Animas/Medtronic

Morning all

Anyone know how to contact Animas/Medtronic regarding supplies? My last Animas order received bore no resemblance to what I ordered online. The Email domain for Animas is now no longer working and the Medtronic site purely seems to be aimed at transferring people across to their pumps (which judging by how long I filled that form in, I hold no hope of a response there).

I want to email so I can send them the packing notes and order history.

As far as I am aware the old Animas numbers should still work, but they route through to a trained Medtronic team. At least that’s what I *think* is happening!!

I guess if you can then, they can give you a new email contact?

Just ring the normal number and tell them the order is wrong (0800 055 6606) The staff are normally very helpful about sorting out problems.
