Actually, I have just had a good read of the label and it says that you should consult with your GP before using the product if you have a history of bowel obstruction or diabetes! So I may lay off it until I next see the nurse and find out what the possible problem is with diabetes.
I would say that the 350g tub will last you a few months if you decide to go ahead but I would advise checking with your GP before splashing the cash on some! .
Hi the doctor said it was fine,I felt like asking them to prescribe something but I feel that they are trying to save the NHS money and if I can buy something myself and it lasts for a while so it's not costing me too much, I will see how I get on,I have the Regucol already 2 tubs and bought more chia seeds from Aldi,I did have a look at the price of chia seeds in H&B and they were about 4 times the price of Aldi😱,I'm probably only drinking about 2 pints of water a day,she said I should be drinking at least 5 pints so that's something else to correct😉
