Goodness me Alan! That would have had me up all night doing corrections!

Are you sure your meter hasn't got stuck on 4.x ? 😛 I have to admit to being just a little bit jealous, but well done and I hope it carries on like that. :D

I had a jelly baby before bed and woke to 5.3 this morning. I also reduced my lantus again which means that I have reduced it by 60% over the past month 😱

Haha! I've just tested before injecting my lantus and I'm...4.7!!! 😱 :D

After sausage chips beans and trifle... 😱

You can go off a person you know.

Seriously well done Northie. That is an amazing set of numbers and average. Your SD must be absolutely miniscule!

Just for the record, I did test after 2 hours because I was unsure whether I'd injected the correct dose - I was 8.0, so pretty good there as well 🙂 The trifle was 17.5g carbs per 100g and I had 200g, so not as carb-heavy as you might imagine for such a treat. I expect the fat in the meal smoothed the digestion somewhat.

My SD was somewhere around 1.6 last time I printed it out, might check again today as I've had a particularly good run over the past couple of weeks 🙂

Wow on the SD! I've just had one of my best weeks of control yet, and I have an SD of 2.0. Usually it's closer to 3.

Wow, that is a seriously good SD, mine is 2.6 at the moment....I thought that was good! 🙂

Standard Deviation Steff. It's a statistical thing - I don't really understand it other than knowing mine is pretty good 🙂 It's one of the figures that is calculated by my meter software and it has something to do with showing how your blood sugar swings I think - the lower the number, the steadier your levels have been.

Thanks Alan I could of been left like a spinning top to guess all day and I would still never of guessed that right :D

To celebrate I have just eaten sausage chips and beans, followed by one third of a family-sized strawberry trifle (the other two thirds went over tha past two nights :D Let's see if I got the dose right! My 7-day average at the moment is 5.3, including only one hypo of 3.9 - trying to keep it up so I have a good printout to take to my 6 monthly review next week! 🙂

Your showing off now😉 seriously impressive numbers🙂
