Hello everyone so last Friday I was waiting for the diabetic nurse to ring me so I was waiting and waiting patiently of course my diabetic nurse said she would ring me at 11:am so it came to 11:am and she didn’t ring and I’m waiting patiently waiting for her to ring me so I thought I’d get in contact with my doctors receptionist ooh she’s just confirming something blah blah blah and told me that she would ring so I was waiting and waiting and then i got fed up with waiting got in contact with the doctors receptionist again and it turned out to be a face to face appointment to teach me how to use the BM Machine well she never told me that so I was confused about that then Around 6:30 she freaking rings speaks so fast can’t get any sense of what she was saying but I’m gonna be put on Gliclazide and she told me to collect it but it turns out my doctor needs to review it first before giving it to me

Hi Sammy,

So sorry to hear you've had a bit of a difficult time getting medical support of late. I hope the doctor can review it soon so you can get your face to face appointment.

Might be worth taking a pen and paper along, you can write done a few questions you may have and also note down some instructions on how to use your BM machine.

The tester should come with full instructions in a booklet in the box.
