Is it 15g of carbs per 100g of the food then??

And is this Burgen bread much better than all others?!?
If you mean my 15g, no it's total carbs in the meal irrespective of the total quantity. So if I was eating 200g I would still aim to have 15g carb. (by my estimates I'm actually eating about 120g in total)

Burgen is slow release - so what carbs it contains hit your system much slower giving your body more time to handle them. I find burgen generally better, but pretty much any similar seeded bread is likely to be similar. Many people find that brown bread is similar to white.

Breakfast ?

Deviled lamb kidney ( cooked in bulk at weekend ) with green veg ( e.g. frozen spinach ) nuked in microwave

Yes, it is a bit boring by the time friday comes around but its gluten free & works for me
