Have just found carelogger.com. This tool enables you to log electronically - sugar, medication, exercise, food etc. It will give you a graph and calculate average levels for you. You can also export it to excel. AND ... it's free!🙂
 
i think some people may use it already but thanks for the information
 
Thankfully they now have a 'version' for iPhone/Android (though it is still a web-based tool so not so good if you don't have access to wifi etc).
 
Am I wrong, but you can only record 10 readings during the free trial..how much is it after that?!
 
No fee - no trial period - it's free! I think the graph view is really useful - much easier to see patterns visually, rather than trying to interpret numbers. Do have a look, Doddy - hope you like it. Interesting as well to read in the 'about us' section why the tool was set up.
