Ever on the search for the perfect diet for me, which will help me get my BS readings on the level, I have been trolling through the internet on how to do this and came across this site that does not advocate diabetics eating carbohydrates in the form of breads, pasta, cereals, pulses, beans etc. but to eat protien and fats, and finding alternative carbohydrates in vegetables.

Having spent an hour or two reading the sites info. I am more confused than ever as they are saying that it is good to eat things like Butter and Cream and Animal Fats and Bad to eat bread etc.
Some of what this site says, made sense but a large portion of it just seemed utter nonsense, like saying you do not need to exercise.
Has anyone else come across this site and what do you think? and in your opinion is it good for a T2 to cut out Carbohydrates like, bread, rice, pasta etc. and get carbs from other sources?
