If your feet are cold,sore,etc....
Ask a relative/friend for a pair of North face tent mules for an Xmas gift. £25 is best price i’ve Seen on the internet. Worn with a pair of heat holder socks. Bought from the market 1/2 the price 2.3 tog. Feels like a duvet for your feet. Warm and comfy . Plus the softness of the mules are gentle on them sore plates of meat. Just a thought hope it helps a fellow sufferer.

Thanks for the recommendation H-P, will have to take a look at those, my plates are like blocks of ice sometimes 😱 🙂

Thanks for that. My feet get freezing cold some nights. I'll have a look at them.

Please don’t think i’m recommending some form of pain killer. I’m on morphine and pregablin. But still use microwaveable wheat bag on my belly. This is purely a comfort/cosy thing that I find helps.
By the way if you do get some of these jacket like slippers don’t go outside in them. I don’t think they are intended for trips to the wheelie bin/ recycling.
