I have recently come across Twinings Cold Infuse. A huge variety of flavours and delicious when put in the fridge for an hour or two before drinking. I think Tetley do them as well. Not cheap but I have been getting them direct from Twinings during lock down and they sometimes do good offers (btw I am not on commission)

They sound lovely! I've seen a few different brands as they were supposed to be the new 'thing' for people to put in their water bottles whilst working out.

Are they any good blood sugar wise?

I use normal herbal/fruit teabags.

Put a bag in your cup add an inch or so of boiling water and leave for an hour to cool and stew.
Remove teabag and top up with ice and/or cold water.

Drink and enjoy!

I find the fruity ones most refreshing - lemon and ginger or something with tropical fruits. But I have been trialling redbush with orange this week because that is what is open.

Yep tetle, lipton and twinnings do them, i use them at work rather than squash,. I prefer the tetle ones they seem to have more flavor to them.

I actually drink more tea in hot weather, too many actually, this is my 4th since 6.45am
