I am beginning to notice I am having an odd reaction to my morning coffee and am not sure if the caffeine is just affecting me more than it used to, or the new sweetener I am using is the culprit. Either way, it is annoying, because I like my morning coffee, even though it is only instant now a days.
I am finding that after having the wake up coffee, I am now getting odd sensations. Sometimes it is just a little dizziness, other times I get light headed too. It only slightly affects my blood pressure and does not seem to affect my blood sugar levels. Any ideas people?
I never used to be affected by coffee in this way, nor caffeine in other things and I used to have a huge amount of the stuff. I did abstain from caffeine, when I changed my diet in July, for a couple of months, when I was diagnosed and had my seizure. I have no real wish to give something else for good, that will be very annoying!
The new sweetener that I am using is called Natvia and the ingredients are listed here:
