I had a problem with codefree strips and I contacted Home health and they sorted my problem out right away and replaced the strips An excellent company well worth buying from them

Thanks everyone for contributing to this thread. The issue appears to be quite simple. Amazon appear to use two third party suppliers for the strips which are identical in each case. The ones I am usually supplied with have their head office in South Korea and their strips come chip end up. The other ones, which have a head office in India, come in slightly different tube containers with the blood end up. The manufacturers, SD Biosensor, Inc., seem have two manufacturing plants, one in each country. It appears that there is a slight difference in the way they are put into the tubes.

Ah! Glad you’ve found out the reason @Browser 🙂
