Anyone use coconut flour? a friend (non-diabetic) is on a low carb diet (30g a day - puts me to shame) and said she uses it. Is it any good?

This is the one I'd use, plenty of recipes to look at, but if you have no Gluten or wheat allergies it's very cheap to buy in Asian supermarkets.

I once tried sweets made of peanut butter, nutella, coconut flour, gluten free biscuit crumb and melted chocolate (high cocoa content) mixed and allowed to set in little foil cases.

They were something like Reeses peanut butter chocolate cups.

I was going to try some but then saw the price 😱 I did wonder about putting desicated coconut in the blender and see if I had the same result.

Soya flour is a lot lower carb than ordinary flour and a lot cheaper than coconut flour so might be an alternative to look at.

Looks great.....but HOW much!? 😱
