Need some advice sugars levels have been all over the place last few days no symptoms of viruses but I have asthma as well do I need to self isolate for 12 weeks
 
Not unless you get the symptoms, but from the guidelines set out tonight, you might need to for 12 week, especially having asthma. You should receive a letter

Sorry but the Asthma is not clear cut either, I suggest you go to the Asthma UK updated their information, and has an extensive list, which depends on what medication you take.
