I would just stick with the same time you are used to Karen, it doesn't have to be taken at an absolutely precise time and in a couple of days you will be settled into the new routine 🙂

Thanks both. just had a hypo i dont know if its because of the hour difference, i stuck to 6pm to do my injection, i dont know if its because of that or not
