hi the clocks have gone back, i usually do my lantus solostar at 6pm should i still do it at 6 or should i now start doing it @ 5pm? x
 
I don't think an hour either way will make much difference. I'd be inclined to do it at 6pm if that's when you're in the habit of doing it.
 
I would just stick with the same time you are used to Karen, it doesn't have to be taken at an absolutely precise time and in a couple of days you will be settled into the new routine 🙂

Thanks both. just had a hypo i dont know if its because of the hour difference, i stuck to 6pm to do my injection, i dont know if its because of that or not :(
 
What did you eat and inject for prior to 6pm?
